How to use the blue light?

For the blue light, you snap on the flat head and turn it on by pressing the power button 4 times. Hold the device to the area of treatment for 5 to 10 minutes. A daily treatment for at least 4 weeks is needed to see results.

How do you charge this device?

This device is a USB-C rechargeable. It comes wih the USB-C cord.
