How it Works:
Twist the pencil and apply it with smooth precision as kohl, eye liner or brow filler. Use the sponge on the other end to shape, blend or smudge the kohl for deeper and thicker definition. This completely non-toxic formula is not guaranteed to be smudge proof. For best results make sure to dab some powder underneath to avoid it from bleeding into the skin.
